Dear Honourable Sir/Madam
I was born in India and came with my Indian passport and nationality to the United Kingdom in December 1972 with my parents, my father then was Dr Gopinath Panigrahi working as Indian Liaison Officer at Kew Gardens with some degree of diplomatic status that I am not clear on.
I changed my nationality and passport to that of the United Kingdom in order to progress my scientific career but this was cut short in 1998 and I went into yoga from the confines of our home and took short jobs to meet ends meet.

Through this research I formulated a revised concept of Vishista Advaita and feel that India could benefit from the diversification of an electorate as set out in the attached Constitution of Bharatiya Vishista Advaita Party: Constitution of Bharatiyta Vishista Advaita Party 16November 2025.docx
I should be most grateful if you would kindly subject this proposal to the Cultural Affairs Minister in New Delhi, and consider my application for the Overseas Citizen of India status or Person of Indian Origin on the clear understanding that I would never relinquish my British Citizenship and British nationality.

The structure of the party
The Party has only its Headquarters as an office from which it is operating at 3 Hoath Lane, Wigmore, Gillingham, Kent ME8 0SL, United Kingdom, and has no organisations affiliated to the party.
At present we as a Party are formulating our raison d’etre with limited resources and staffing in order to determine whether the technicalities of our conception are acceptable constitutionally within the Indian Constitution. We aim to develop Bharatiya Vishista Advaita Patry according to the preamble: ‘people need to know where they stand in relation to the government under which they live’.
BVAP’s political aims and objectives:

https://www.theconservativelibertariansociety.com/blank is the political offshoot of the Global Movement The Conservative Libertarian Society’ (TCLS) which currently also incorporates TCLP-USA situated at https://the-conservative-libertarian-party-of-usa.odoo.com/ TCLS and its offshoot subscribers are Vishista Advaita Vedantists (see http://vishistaadvaitavedanta.com) a universal religion that acknowledges the existence of a Personal God that they have named as being Sri Krishna-Durga but as humans they practice karma (actions) in sanatan dharma independently of God. A human being can be God through satya-advaita yoga of oneness with truth and through the mental loss of attachments to act spontaneously, nonchalantly and unpremeditatedly, eventually without inhibitions so instantly; yet even at its peak the person becomes at one and yet distinct from God in what is termed achintya bhed abheda tatwa. The religious congregation is named Vishista Advaita Sampradaya that is free of the biases of caste, race, language and sexual differences between individuals. The Party will campaign for a Dharma-Rashtra based on Vishista Advaitic principles of morality politics, that would incorporate truth, justice for ordinary citizens, equality, democracy, transparency to tackle corruption in high and low positions of power, and tolerance of all people and biodiversity on the basis of its belief that God resides in the psyche of all living creatures so that discrimination and violence is wrong (himsa). Economically, the Party will promulgate the principles of Green Socialism with an entrepreneurial spirit that works to the perception of karma in sanatan dharma, that is to say the actions that align with the universal cosmic order known as Rta in Vedic times.
International Affairs
The Party will be internationalist in Nature but within national boundaries it will forge relationships in all the nations of the Planet encouraging the creation of political parties with the ethos and principles of The Conservative Libertarian Society and develop interactions through the Directory created for this purpose named Conservative Libertarians (Vishista Advaitists) at https://knowledgefoundersunited.com. Each county-inhabitant’s acceptance will be adapted to local conditions such as culture and economics. A common international value system with emerge but parties in different countries will be independently developed with their own indigenously names of Vishista Advaita.
Management of Party
The Party will contest UK Parliamentary general elections, elections to the State Assemblies.
The Party will have a selection process and will only select candidates who are religious to the principles of Vishista Advaita enunciated by the Founder of the Sampradaya in the United Kingdom.
At present the Leader is organising the party but as the Party recruits more members this will be appropriately delegated for management oversight by the Leader, Policy decisions Team, Treasurer role, General Secretary, and Membership recruitment. These will be developed in the course of time on the acceptability of the scheme that the Party proposes, including the responsibility of the party officers, the terms of office and procedure for change of those officers
The Party at delegated local levels and national level will maintain electronic records of all Meetings of decisions and management as well as correspondence affecting Membership and a Press Unit. For example, the frequency, timing and type of meetings and the quorum for meetings will be recorded electronically.
The party will resolve internal disputes and will have disciplinary procedures. The Party will have in place a Standards Officer looking at internal disputes with an Appeal process in place in the model employed elsewhere in the political arena and especially in the Liberal Democrats Party.
The processes and rules governing membership of the party, and that the party has adopted the required PEPRA financial scheme can be revised from time to time as we acquire members and subjected to Electoral Registration for authorisation. Similarly, and how the constitution can be changed and the process for dissolution of the party through established procedures.
Summary of Party Vision:
We wish to have our policies based on the morality of adhering to truth, justice and democracy in all its manifestations as far as the prevailing laws of the Indian State permits us to go. We understand that this would be an evolving matter where we need to tread very carefully so as not to upset the existing apple cart of the State-machinery, but the ethos is radical movement towards a Society of Conservative Libertarians implementing technical issues of 'Green Socialism' that means that we want the entrepreneurialism spirit to guide the nation forwards in a fair and equitable manner of from each according to his/her means and to each according to his or her needs. We believe that God guides us into truth, justice and democratic actions if we have faith in the existence of God. This will liberate the population into greater things from the freedom that the mind then attains.
Current Party Structure:
So far we I have been busy getting the principles legally established so as to get the approval of the State authorities to proceed. So the Founder of the Movement has been a one-man Band. I This proposal is being submitted to the Government of India for scrutiny in accordance with the procedures that may be required to form the BVAP in first Instance.
If approved a Leader for BVAP, a General Secretary, a Campaigns Official, a Treasurer, a Legal Officer, a Policy Administrator will be appointed who will together be responsible for all future development of policies and activities within India.
5-10 year aims:
BVAP simply must stand candidates at the next General Election in India and as candidates to the local Assemblies in each State.
