Party Registration Concerns - Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Dear Emma Anderton

I am afraid that Josh Dunne did not allow me to have my legal entitlement of this 'Free' Submission and the Advisory Support that I needed during the pre-assessment process following his summarily deciding not to assess the application at all and communicating this to me by email fait accompli without any discussion of the content of Universal Balance Party for Global Welfare as presented on the 2 June 2026 Submission. That is complaint.

Given that the Electoral Commission has no choice but to facilitate immediately this Free submission, please clarify that a lady from the Philippines, a gentleman from Nigeria, and an Indian can all hold offices for the Party in the Electoral Registration process and into the future..

Dear Dr Panigrahi,

I appreciate your response; however the invoice you provided does not clarify what you would like me to look into as a formal complaint.

Could you please confirm the specific concerns you would like me to investigate?

Your complaint is currently on hold until clarity is provided. If I do not hear from you by 10 August 2026, I will assume you no longer wish to take matters further and I will close our file on this.

Kind regards

Dear Dr Panigrahi,

Thank you for your email was sent to the complaints team on 7 July 2026. I appreciate you taking the time to raise your concerns.

I’ve reviewed your complaint together with the correspondence between yourself and our Party Registration Team. While your complaint email appears to focus on the Commissions handling of your application submitted on 2 June 2026, the wider correspondence raises a number of additional concerns.

To ensue I fully understand the matters you wish me to consider, and to avoid the need for any further complaint regarding issues that may have been overlooked. Could you please confirm the specific concerns you would like me to investigate?

Please note, I can only consider matters that fall within the Electoral Commission’s complaints remit.

Please get back to me by 27 July 2026, If I do not hear from you by this date, I will assume you no longer wish to take matters further and I will close our file on this.

Kind regards

Emma Anderton
